Overview
The school's Student Support Team is established to promote adoption of the Three-Tiered Intervention Model by all teachers, in order to support students with Special Education Needs (SEN) and assist them in overcoming limitations and difficulties. This facilitates learning achievable within the students' capabilities and promotes development of their potentials, enabling them to become independent, adaptable and self-learning individuals with an ability to embrace challenges in life.
Objectives
- The school is committed to building a harmonious and integrative culture for all students to find acceptance, respect and mutual care;
- A multidisciplinary team approach is adopted to promote early identification of and support for students with SEN in order to enhance their confidence and facilitate development of their unique strengths and potentials.
