Rule of Conduct
Candidates must take the seats according to the seating arrangement in the examination venue.
Except the necessary stationery, no other items should be brought into the examination venue.
All books and personal notes must be placed in the area designated.
In the event that a candidate cheats or attempts to cheat during an examination, he/she will be disqualified. The student will receive 0 mark for the relevant paper and will be subject to further disciplinary actions as determined by the Disciplinary Committee.
Talking or peeping in the examination will be deemed as attempts to cheat.
No candidate is allowed to borrow any item from other candidates.
Candidates must not make any marks on the examination papers or answer sheets unless as instructed.
All candidates must enter the examination venue 15 minutes before the examination begins; no loitering or reading outside the examination venue is allowed.
Candidates must not leave the examination venue until the invigilator announces the end of the examination.
Absentees will not be given a second chance to take the examination; late candidates will not be given extra time for the examination.
Candidates absent from an examination due to sickness must present a medical certificate; otherwise the incident will be deemed as truancy.
If an examination is postponed due to bad weather, suspension of school or other announcements by the school, the rest of the examinations will be conducted according to the original schedule. The new examination date(s) for the affected examination(s) will be announced in due course.
